outdoor hockey

over the winter the little village of waterville turns into ice town...

the boys are doing great on skates.

my first time on blades in at least ten years.

in fact the last time i skated was in taichung of all places.

remember that rink on that road i can't remember the name of? hmm?

i don't think it's there any more.

this was fun. as fun as winter can be.

Damn you 7-11!

7-11 is everywhere, and I can't stroll by one without hearing.
"Kaia Ice, Dada Kaia Ice. Ice Kaia Dada, Me ice Kaia Dada, Dada!'.

Even with a slurpy in hand, she would like to enter the next 7-11 and admire the fine technology that produces this "ice" her drink of choice.
